ORDERS AND RETURNS
Firstly, thank you for visiting our new and improved website. We hope you like it.
You can place orders directly via the website using a range of payment options, all of which are listed during checkout. We have chosen to use One Step Checkout on our website. This type of checkout dramatically simplifies the checkout process as all the steps are combined onto one page.
We guarantee that your personal information will be kept private and secure; we don't sell or rent information to any third parties. For details, read our Privacy Notice.
Once you have everything you need in your basket, head to the checkout, where you will be asked to provide you delivery and billing address details.
Delivery is free on all orders over £99 to mainland UK destinations. Delivery for all other orders to mainland UK is: £5.99.
Order placed with us before 2pm (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched by us the same day, via our courier DPD Local, for next day delivery. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next day.
Please note: For orders placed on after 2pm on Thursday / before 2pm Friday, standard next day delivery is Monday. If you would like a special delivery (before 10am, before 12noon, or a Saturday delivery) please contact us first.
If you are local to us, you will be able to select “Collect In-Store” as a delivery method. This will allow you to pick up any in-stock items same day!
We chose DPD Local for their great delivery service, which includes providing our customers with a one (1) hour time-slot for delivery. We will provide them with your email and (if provided) your mobile number, and they will send an email and/or text on the morning of the delivery to let you know when to expect your order.
For smaller deliveries we may use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded as a delivery method. They offer a later dispatch time and tracking (unfortunately they do not offer timed delivery).

Please note: Non-UK shipping costs may vary depending on location and the size and weight of the goods. You will be contacted should this situation arise. If you are not shipping to a country within the European Union then you may be liable for Import Duty and VAT charges. Please check with a customs office in your country for information.

- Faulty Items within 30 days of purchase:
Should you be unfortunate enough to receive a faulty item or the product develops a fault within 30 days, simply request the return of the product, and once we have the item, we will arrange for it to be either repaired, exchanged or refunded, depending on your preference.
- Faulty Items outside 30 days (within 365 days) of purchase:
Should your purchase develop a fault after 30 days (but within 365 days) from date of receipt we will be happy to help facilitate any warranty repairs necessary, subject to the terms and conditions below. We may request you send the item to the manufacturer, or request the item be returned to us for repair in our own service department. If the repair is uneconomical we reserve the right to offer an exchange or refund, at our discretion.
Pre-owned and Ex-display items:
Pre-owned and ex-display items are subject to the same level of service as new items during the first 30 days. Pre-owned items then continue to be covered for an additional 60 days and ex-display items for an additional 335 days, after which time our guarantee for these products ends. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Items can be returned for a refund within 7 days of receipt of goods or an exchange within 30 days of receipt of goods provided they are returned in the original packaging, are complete and in 'as new' condition. While in possession of the items you are under a statutory duty (Distance Selling Regulations) to take ‘reasonable care’ of them. This entitles you to open the box to inspect the contents, and try out the product in a way that would be considered reasonable within a shop environment. We reserve the right to take action under the Distance Selling Regulations if reasonable care is not taken If you wish to return an item, then please complete the form in order that we know to expect the item back. Please make sure that you use an insured delivery service as we cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged on the way back to us. Alternatively, we can arrange collection with our courier, although this service is chargeable.
We regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of software products or hardware that includes software as part of the package, or bespoke items such as build-to-order flightcases. Items indicated on the site as "ordered on request" are not subject to our 30 day return policy and will not be refunded or exchanged after the initial 7 day period. Returns for pre-owned items will only be accepted after the initial 7 day period if found to be faulty, outside of any faults mentioned in the product description. After the 90 day guarantee period, pre-owned items may be returned for repair, but the repairs would be chargeable.
