Now ElectroVoice has raised its game once again with EVERSE 12, a larger and louder 12" two-way option for users looking for bigger sound – along with the best-in-class battery performance and wireless-friendly features that made its 8" counterpart such a success.

With a maximum SPL of 126 dB, deep low-frequency response (45 Hz) and wide coverage (100º x 60º), it delivers truly impressive performance. Perfect for DJs, musicians, rentals and events, it's a portable powerhouse suitable for various scenarios, offering signature clarity with serious output capability. The custom Li-ion battery provides 12+ hours at 100 dB or 6+ hours at max output. Weatherised design, a high-output titanium-diaphragm compression driver, true wireless stereo and QuickSmart Mobile app control all add up to ensure EVERSE 12 excels indoors and outdoors.

Superior sound starts behind the grille

Electrovoice EVERSE 12’s woofer and compression driver are coupled to a patented SST (Signal Synchronised Transducers) ported waveguide, enhancing low-frequency extension and delivering even vertical and horizontal coverage across all frequencies – all while allowing a significantly smaller enclosure. The components are "Powered by Dynacord" utilising a high-efficiency 400 W Class-D amplifier and DSP module developed in collaboration with EV’s sibling brand. Pro features include a four-channel digital mixer, studio-quality effects, mode presets, phantom power, feedback suppression and audio ducking, offering a self-contained setup from input to output.

Simple setup and flexible connectivity

The EV QuickSmart Mobile app streamlines wireless control for EVERSE 12, allowing adjustment of audio, effects and mix functions via phone or tablet. Pairing up to six Bluetooth®-equipped ElectroVoice speakers is possible, along with support for Bluetooth® true wireless stereo streaming. Local configuration is swift with the single-knob encoder, and the intuitive interface simplifies shaping your sound. The integrated 12V DC port powers wireless microphone systems, and a USB-C charging port is provided for mobile devices. Connectivity includes two XLR/TRS combo jacks, a 3.5 mm stereo jack and a TRS footswitch input.

Versatile weatherized design

Electrovoice EVERSE 12 is precision-crafted for easy transportation, while embodying ElectroVoice's reputation for durability and reliability. Featuring a soft-touch handle and lightweight construction, it easily mounts on a tripod, acts as a stage wedge, or projects upward with adjustable angles. In combination with the rugged polypropylene enclosure, utilising the included weatherised input cover allows EVERSE 12 to achieve an IP43 rating (water-resistant for splashes and light rain) when running on battery power during Bluetooth® streaming. The optional rain cover and duffel bag further enhance weather protection and convenience. Built-in feet with no-skid rubber pads ensure stability.

EXPANDABLE FUNCTIONALITY

The integrated 12V DC port provides convenient power from the EVERSE battery, perfect for powering a wireless microphone system. Attach the accessory tray to the top of your EVERSE 12 to secure receiver hardware in place. A charging port is included for mobile devices if you need a top-up when streaming. Place on a tripod for a longer throw, set long-side-down as a stage monitor, or use upright with the kick-back angle to project up off the performance area. For stereo setups, EVERSE 12 is equipped for Bluetooth® true wireless stereo streaming. Flexible features for a truly self-contained setup, input to output.
