A non-refundable deposit of £60.00 per item is payable on all repairs, at the time of booking. This will be deducted from the cost of the repair if carried out.

No estimates are given on repairs with a lower cost than £100.00

Any parts that have been repaired or replaced carry a 3 month warranty, dated from the date the customer is advised that the repair has been completed.

Any item(s) not collected by the customer, whether repaired or not, will be disposed of 3 months after the completed repair date.

As it stands [April 2026] we are extremely busy, so our repair queue is currently 12 weeks.
(Note: Technics Turntables are approx 2 weeks repair time)
